Procedure

    1. Information for the Removal of the A1 Model HP System Module is contained in the TASKS that follow:

    1. Remove the Components, Electrical Harnesses and Tubes from the HP Turbine TASK 72-00-40-020-001-A00 (REMOVAL-001, CONFIG-001)

    2. Remove and Disconnect the Components from the Electrical Harnesses and the Tubes from the Front of the HP Compressor Case TASK 72-00-40-020-002-A00 (REMOVAL-002, CONFIG-001)

    3. Remove the Components, the Ducts, the Electrical Harnesses and the Tubes from the HP Compressor Case Vertical Splitline TASK 72-00-40-020-003-A00 (REMOVAL-003, CONFIG-001)

    4. Remove the remaining HP System Module Components and Air Off-Take Ducts TASK 72-00-40-020-004 (REMOVAL-004)

    5. Turn the LP Compressor/Intermediate Case Module and the Partial HP System Module from the Horizontal to the Vertical TASK 72-00-40-560-001 (REMOVAL-005).

    6. Remove the Partial HP System Module (Vertical) TASK 72-00-40-020-005-A00 (REMOVAL-006, CONFIG-001)

    7. Remove the HP System Module (Horizontal) TASK 72-00-40-020-006-A00 (REMOVAL-007, CONFIG-001)

    8. Turn the HP System Module from the Horizontal to the Vertical TASK 72-00-40-560-003-A00 (REMOVAL-008, CONFIG-001)

    9. Remove the HP System Module (Vertical) TASK 72-00-40-020-007-A00 (REMOVAL-009, CONFIG-001)

    10. Turn the LP Compressor/Intermediate Case Module and the HP System Module from the Horizontal to the Vertical TASK 72-00-40-560-005 (REMOVAL-010)

    11. Remove the Variable Stator Vane Actuator TASK 72-00-40-050-001 (REMOVAL-011)

    12. Remove the Active Clearance Control (ACC) Actuator TASK 72-00-40-050-002 (REMOVAL-012)

    13. Removal of the P3/T3 Sensor TASK 72-00-40-050-003 (REMOVAL-013)
